Joe Malta

Joe Malta is an executive coach, certified Professional in Human Resources, and an engaging facilitator. With more than 25 years of coaching and consulting experience, Joe has designed and led formal development programs, coached and challenged experienced leaders to professional and personal growth, and guided high performance teams reach goals and manage change.

Joe has supported clients from the BNSF Railway, The Palm Restaurant Group, The U.S. Postal Service (American Postal Workers Union AFL-CIO), 7-Eleven, Kinko's, and W.W. Grainger.

Mr. Malta is certified to facilitate programs from Franklin Covey, Achieve Global, Blanchard Learning, and the National Education Foundation. He is a member of the Paradigm Learning Client Advisory Board, SHRM, and The Florida Citrus Sports Media Relations Board. Joe received a B.S. in Management from California Coast University and is a co-recipient of the Learning Team Partnership Gold Award from Chief Learning Officer Magazine.

Joe’s experience as a consultant to, as well as inside, rapidly changing organizations has enabled him to support leaders from a wide variety of functions such as human resources, finance, IT, operations, and sales, supporting both profit and nonprofit sectors.
