Christy Kercheville

Christy has over 20 years of proven experience in leadership development and coaching.  She has a reputation with  her clients as professional, creative,  genuine, and flexible.  She has  a real interest in people and is passionate about helping them reach their highest potential.  Her experience includes working with front line leaders to executives in Fortune 500 companies across the globe including the UK, Singapore, China, Canada, and Australia.  Clients she has worked with include companies such as Alcatel-Lucent, Amway Global, Ryan, BNSF Railway, and Texas Instruments.

Christy led a World Class leadership development organization for MCI Telecommunications as well as MobileComm prior to becoming an independent leader.  She understands the challenges that role brings, especially in today’s environment of virtual teams and changing technology.   She believes that learning is a lifelong  journey and has made a career of helping others grow to achieve their goals.

Christy got her executive coaching certification through Steinbrecher and Associates.  It is a proven coaching process that achieves results.

 

She is also certified in the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC, and is Achieve Global Master Certified in  service and leadership programs. She is also certified to lead interactive webinars.  She is a graduate of the University of North Texas.

She has also served in a leadership capacity for the Texas PTA Arts in Education.
